[CF-Devel] Class/Race split (again)

What about giving humans a bonus to learning skills and/or spells?  Maybe
some sort of bonus to experience?  

This would reflect a human's capability to quickly learn and adapt that
seems to be popular in fantasy (epsecially D&D) settings.
