[CF-Devel] Scriptfire 0.98.0 available

This patch adds Scripting support to Crossfire-0.98.0. Please note this code 
is still considered beta and far from complete. I put it here only to receive 
maximum feedback and suggestions about the script extension.
Scriptfire requires the GNU Guile/Scheme interpreter in order to be compiled.
