[CF-Devel] Crossfire Scripting Extensions, version 1.0.0b11 for CVS

This is the latest patch for scripting stuff, made for using with latest CVS 
server version.

I removed the pthread preliminary support (controversial and still not 
useful);

I also corrected a bug in the attack handling.
