[CF-Devel] Crossfire win32 binary release 1.0.0b11 & win32 compiler package

I had released a windows binary package of Crossfire.

It includes all what you need to run a full server, including maps.
Sources and dev stuff are not included.

just entpack and start run_win32.bat.

2nd, because GUILE are not a part of win32, you need to inlcude some libs
and dlls
for compiling the current CVS.

I had released a library package, which you copy over the cvs source. It
includes
then the needed libs to the source.

After this, you can compile the source to a win32 server.
Without this package, the CVS compile under windows will fail!
