 That is a normal condition due to a change I made.  Just hit the Save Config
and those will then go away.

 Those are left over - when the person did the original gtk port, he took much
of the x11.c code, and left in a lot of stuff no longer needed.  In my recent
cleanup, I got rid of some of that, which included those options (they didn't do
anything anyways.)

 I haven't seen that, so difficult to fix (not that it doesn't happen - just
something I can't reproduce is very hard to fix).
