[CF-Devel] Another random map bug

I've been going through the 50-levels of random undead maps recently, and I've noticed another bug.

I had just gone down some stairs, and found myself on top of something
like a "dun_1_2" instead of a stairs up.  There was no way back.

Just now, I was going down, and on about the sixth level, there was no
stairs down.  I looked at the map file, and didn't see anything
unusual.  For reference, the map file is at:
