[CF-Devel] the new plugin stuff

So.. I'm trying to compile the new plugin stuff.. and I have a few beefs..

1) server/Makefile.in:

LIBS = @LIBS@ $(EXTRA_LIBS) -ldl

That line is bad.  Bad line!  configure needs to take care of that.  Not all of
us live on systems that have or even need libdl.so

2) plugin/Makefile is really ugly..  Why does it need to be manually edited
like that?

#1 is the only one that needs to be fixed ASAP though, as #2 I can hack around
for awhile.
