[CF-Devel] automake support finished

Hello,

It seems my automake port of crossfire is finished.
The tests I made:

make proto
make
make install	, then started installed game
		
make dist	( makes distribution tarball)
make distclean  ( makes distribution tarball, then tries to compile
		  it, install it, uninstal, make dists and clean)
make archives 	( make dist + builds arch and doc tarballs )

I have also successfully rebuilded arch files.

Everything seems good. There are only some problems with HTML
documentation, but AFAIR it was long time ago, when documentation
was building well. :-)
