[CF-Devel] Rebuilding the arch database

Hi all,

I've kind of figured out how to run collect.pl after a make install;
just point it at the share/crossfire directory, then copy all of its
output files to their proper locations.  Unfortunately that doesn't
seem to rebuild the crossfire.0 and crossfire.1 databases.  Anyone
have pointers to how that is supposed to be done?
