  Part of the change with new body types.

  It never made a lot of sense that dragons were unable to use shields or 
weapons, but could use bows (talk about something that requires fine fingers).

  On the bright side, the dragon now gets some other benefits - it can use 
cloaks, girdles, and bracers now.
