[CF-Devel] Infinite Wand bug

It is made of: wood
It goes in your range slot
It weighs 2.300 kg.
You would get nothing for the it.

Had the wand on autofire for a bit, just watching the pretty lights.  The
wand goes poof, but it still fires.  First noticed on metalforge with a
"treasure" wand.

Bought this wand in a store.  Bug is reproducible.  Didn't check wands with
other spells.
