[CF-Devel] Madhatter?

I built crossfire from the CVS this morning.  Noticed the changes (etc is good idea), but I get this message when I try to run crossloop -

rmdir: '/madhatter/lib/X11/crossfire/players/*.lock' :no such file or directory
crossfire really unhappy

thinking somebody slipped up?
