[cf-admin] Running Cross Fire

[crossfire-admin-admin at archives.real-time.com]

When The gcfclient (In a MS DOS Window) tries to load the generic key file it 
can't open it. Then is tries to load global bindings and it just says "Init 
Cache" and then nothing. What is wrong with it?
