[CF-Devel] Bigworldized Pupland [repost from -maps]

(personally I think crossfire-maps is the proper place for this,
but since there was no response there, someone on IRC suggested
I tried -dev)

I have a few maps that put Pupland into the Bigworld.  I didn't
want to warp existing Bigworld geography too much, so I ended up
changing the layout a bit but I really, really like the results.

I have "mainland" ready, the islands are edited but I need to
fix the exits.  I will post the entire thing as a diff once I'm
done.  In the meanwhile, if someone experienced wants to review
it, I'd be very happy.

(In case you're wondering, I solved the problem of people
entering trough the east road without having been in Lone Town
first, by the simple expedient of adding a second barrier
station.  So if you have a passport, it *is* reachable from land
now.)
