[CF-Devel] skill-giving items' names

As some players made me notice items like holy symbols and talismans
(and probably others of the same kind) do not show anymore their stats in the
name nor in their desciption. That is, if a special talisman gives wis+1 or a
special attunement it wont be shown in the item itself, even when the item
works properly.

Any idea on why this is happening?
