[CF-Devel] New spell proposal: cold meteor swarm

Hello.

Evocation doesn't have (as far as i know) powerful spells.
So i'm wondering about doing a cold version of comet & meteor swarm.
Pretty easy to do, everything is already in place.
I'd just add 'slow' attacktype to cold, though, since bad cold should 
slow players ;p

What do you think of that?
