[CF-Devel] perceive self and luck score

At one time or another, did the perceive self spell display to players 
what their luck score is?

If it did, it no longer works (tested on crossfire.metalforge.net).

If it did not display their luck score, could the perceive self get 
tweaked so that it does display luck?
