[CF-Devel] Commits to rel-1.7.0-autoconf-rework

[crossfire-devel at archives.real-time.com]

Make the commits to the autoconf rework branch. Nothing new here that isn't in 
the 1.7.0-2 debian package or the tarballs. Just following up and getting the 
changes into cvs.

As stated before, sound is still not active in this build or cvs. I'm working 
on that tonight.
