[crossfire] JavaEditor download site

I've updated my JavaEditor download site, because the version there was
running too much out of date.

As you have probably noticed, I've not been very active updating that site
recently, so please use it with awareness that it may run a bit out of date
eventually.

I can no longer update or maintain my site on mids' server, because I lost
access to that account long ago. Suprising that it is still up actually:
