Given the common policy of "map ownership" by whoever was there first has the
right to continue on the quest/dungeon/map, being able to pop the queue 
through
word of recall would be odd.

As long as town portal allows party use, I'd think it a better alternative to
allow another player a home trip, though it's a higher level spell.

If there's value gained by the ability to cast it on a party member, though, I
can't see it being too problematic to allow word of recall to be cast on
someone next to you who's in the same party.
