IMO, It would be best if there's also the option of buying a deed with
a "blank" blueprint, and this one would start with nothing in in but buildable
grass and such (depending on the terrain built on and made by random map
generator), and this one should in my opinion be notably cheaper than the
blueprints.

Yeah, perhaps by renameing the deed to that with the player rename command
could change the name of the plot entrance. Though that mechanism to name it
might be a little hackish, but some way to name it would indeed be good.
