[crossfire] Server setup an Debian - newbie

Weird, usually the plugins are includes with the server, and run by
default.  It could be that they where placed in another package, but I
doubt that (only packages that look like they would logically include
them are "crossfire-server" and "crossfire-common").

No such documentation exists AFAIK (plugins are application specific
most of the time).  Also I don't know of anywhere to get a individual
plugin, except for the source code.  So ultimately the easiest
solution (for those who know how to) would probably be to compile the
server from source.

P.S.:  Anyone want to get hold of the maintainer of the crossfire
Debian packages, and see what he knows?
