[crossfire] New inscription interface (for GTK client)

Committed to SVN (trunk and branch) server-side support for 'inscribe 
0<tag><tag>', used to inscribe a spell on a scroll (see 
doc/Developers/protocol for more info - 0 is there so we can add regular 
writing later on, with 1).

GTK client (trunk and branch) have been updated to support this feature, from 
the 'client' -> 'spells' menu (now with a tabbed dialog).

Implementation for GTK2 is left as an exercice to the reader :)
