[crossfire] SourceForge changes to SVN Access

Note that this only works for "anonymous" checkouts. Developers using ssh 
authentication will want to use:
svn switch --relocate https://<sf login>@svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/crossfire 
https://<sf login>@crossfire.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/crossfire
