[crossfire] Plugin generation script

Hello.

If anyone wants to create plugin, I just did a small sh script to help, 
located in plugins/template/create_plugin.sh

Syntax is: create_plugin.sh id [name]
where id is the plugin's identifier (Python, CFAnim, ...).

Script will update required Makefile.[in|am] and configure.ac files, and run 
automake & autoconf. Just need to run configure after that, plugin should be 
good to go.
