[crossfire] Blue and green dragon scale / mail

Hello.

In response to feature request 
https://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=1560406 I added blue and 
green dragon scales (archetype copied from dragon scale), linked them to 
electric and chinese dragons.
I also added blue and green dragon mail (archetype copied from dragon mail), 
and matching shop converters (again copied from dragon mail creator).

Now we can add some converters to shops around the world :)
