[crossfire] Alchemy success chance

With relation to bug

If no one objects, I'll change the success of the recipe to be equal to 50% 
when using alchemy at the recipe's difficulty level, and adjusting for more or 
less levels, in the overall range [1..95] (1 because you can always get lucky, 
after all, 95 because no one is perfect).


Success adjustment will probably be really low chance if 10 levels below 
recipe level, linear for [-10, +10], and high for >10 levels above.


Final item's level will NOT be taken into account - if needed, the formula 
difficulty should be adjusted instead.
