[crossfire] plugin versioning

I've taken the liberty to add a settings, 'ignore_plugin_compatibility' (FALSE 
by default), which when set ignores that check.

When developing actively on sources, it's a real pain to have to 'make 
install' all the time if for instance an archetype or a map changes :)

As documented, this is intended for developers only, of course.
