[crossfire] [RFC] cfpython: raise minimum required version to Python 2.7

If we're raising the version can we just go to python 3? That way it
wouldn't need to be raised again for awhile. I wouldn't mind porting python
2 scripts to 3 either. Python 3.4 was just released March 16, 2014.
