[crossfire] Windows versions

Hello.

I've set up a build server for Windows versions of various things, so on 
http://crossfire.weeger.org/ you can find daily builds of:

- Gridarta, as a Windows installer
- JXClient, as a Windows installer
- cre, as a simple Windows executable (statically linked, no dependency)

There is a "-latest" version, which will always point to the last build, and 
sha512 sums for everything.


The installers will automatically silently remove a previously installed 
version.

CRE requires some manual setup.

Gridarta and CRE require maps & arch repositories, whether an installer for 
them is worth or not is still undecided...
