[crossfire] Crossfire Wiki in maintenance mode - no edits allowed

Is the Metalforge game site getting the same upgrade?  Or is it down
permanently?  (The last I heard, someone had sent patches which might have
made it possible for Metalforge to compile for a modern OS.)
