[CF List] Search feature on Website and Mailing lists

A UdmSearch upgrade required a re-index of the mailing lists and
website.

This process has been running for 4 days now and is about 30% done. :-(

So, if you try to use the search feature, you will encounter query errors.

I will send out a followup when the re-index is complete.
