 Once something is released, it is never re-released - that creates too much
confusion (is that 0.95.6 patched or original?)  Patches are not really being
done either - if you want it with all the latest patches, grabbing a cvs
snapshot is the way to go.

 At some point in the future, probably another or two, there will be an 0.95.7
release.
