[CF-Devel] Retributive Strike and Ruggilli

Hi!

Has the prayer retributive strike been removed from Ruggilli? I have wis 27,
wis lvl 40 and grace (on the altar) 602, and didn't get it after praying 20
minutes!

Without this prayer, Ruggilli is quite useless, since he has denied turning
(->no holy word, banishment etc.). The only effective means to get wis exp is
using the avatar (size: 2x2).
