[CF-Devel] word of recall not working

On all servers updated in the last few days Word of Recall is not
working anymore most of the time.

Sometimes it does work but so far I couldn't find out when it's working
and when it is not working. It does not seem to depend on the map or on
what you are doing after speaking the prayer.
When you speak the prayer you get the usual message: "You feel a force
starting to build up inside you."
But after some time, usually longer than it should be, you get: "The
force is closed."

This bug appears in a similar way when you die. The message there is:
"The <null> is closed."
You loose your experience and stats as usual but you stay on the map as
if you had an amulet of lifesaving.

This once caused me to loose 58 levels and get my char back to level 10.
I was trying to kill some elite dread knights and dread knights. I've
done this before so I knew what i was doing.
Well this time my connection got too slow with all the paralyzation
(which didn't work anyway) and my char was just standing there and
couldn't move anymore. I had to wait for the last EDK to kill himself,
get a second char and kill the last DK with him. But that was too late
