[CF-Devel] CVS server fixed--BUT DO NOT COMMIT.

Dear All,

  The CVS server is fixed.  The problem was a loose ethernet cable,
of all things.  It took me about 1/2 hour in front of the machine
to figure that out.

  however, WE ARE MOVING TO SOURCEFORGE.
 
  You may cvs update and cvs checkout, but NO
cvs commits.

  Anything committed after Monday, 2/19/2001 will be DISCARDED.
Reserve your new stuff for sourceforge.

  Please bear with me for a week or so while the repository
gets moved.
