[CF-Devel] directx client 0.99 beta 2

Hi

I finished the directx client for the first public release.

I mail it to rick so he can put it in the cf page.

Also, i upload it to mids, ask him for downloading.

I spend some hours to create a good sound interface adding about
50 new sounds to the client from my libs.

So, give him a try. Also new features like a shortcut panel are working now,
full metaserver support, etc.
