[CF-Devel] BUG: Crossfire 1.0.0: 100th level with 'cause cold'

Hi,

Yesterday I found out, that a player who had got overal level of 16 the
day before has over 85,000,000 exp. points. After talking to him it
turned out, that all he done was casting 'cause cold' on some goblins.
He got 100th level in wisdom in a few moments after. 

It seems there is a bug somewhere in the 'disease' code.
