[CF List] Update for USA east coast server!

Hi again,

 Not sure whether anyone would remember, but quite awhile ago I setup a CF 
server here on the east coast. Anyway it had been quite some time since this had 
been updated, but I'm pleased to announce that the server on IP 24.93.158.219 is 
now up and running with the latest version 1.0. Sometime here I'll add this to 
the meta server section :)
