To be realistic, language localization is never going to happen
for the maps.  That would require a lot of work and the great
majority of the language used is very easy for someone to learn.
The game could be in greek and it wouldn't take long to learn the greek
words for "hit", "miss", "sword" and so on.

The part of the game that could benefit from localization are
things like magic mouths which speak in paragraphs and the
adventurer is supposed to respond with key words to be told more.
Some of those require a modest amount of language skills and
the capability to use localization in specific cases would be
helpful.  For instance, newbie dungeon would be a perfect candidate
for language localization.  The effort needed to localize those
messages including the trigger words is not beyond the scope of an
enthusiastic person if the capability existed in the program.
