[CF-Devel] Howto for using alternate graphics

I have a rough howto for using the alternate graphics with Crossfire.

Please check the page for accuracy (are the steps the same for all
clients, etc.) and I am open to suggestions for making the page more
"alive."  Perhaps side by side comparisons of graphics from
the alternate set vs the main set?
