[CF-Devel] Alt png set: broken exit images

It seems that only exit.111.png ever made it into CVS, whereas the exit
animation needs 3 frames. And so, right now, it is a very ugly mixture of
the old swirl and the new swirl. I suppose somebody unintentionally forgot
to commit exit.112.png and exit.113.png ?
