I would suggest that there is something wrong with your system. On a freshly
download copy from real-time:

It impossible to diagnose the cause further - it could by anything as simple as
not downloading the file in binary form, to bad memory/bad disk/bad cpu (or
overclocked cpu) on your system, to buggy software.
