[CF-Devel] GTK Client performance

I had spend the dx client a threaded and queued socket and command buffer.
When i should guess, that can be the reason because the server will drop
alot
commands for many monsters. every tick a map cmd, alot of text, etc.

You can test it by comment out the fighting messages function and removing
the map update.
It will be black map screen, but you can do normal actions. When it speed
up,you got it.
You can go be for sure, when you include every frame in the client a fake
map draw.
