[CF-Devel] exits bug fixed

I have fixed the exits bug, it is in CVS now.
My damned exits code is now also in CVS, I changed
maps/peterm/Nethack_in_crossfire_entrance as example.

I don't know why the diff for crossfire/server/main.c isnt mailed to
crossfire-cvs... it certainly is commited (according to cvs and viewcvs)
