[CF List] Enchanting Weapons

I've found a few "Increase <Attribute> Bonus" scrolls, and the potions
to go with them.  I'd like to use them, but if I'm reading the
handbook correctly, first I have to prepare the weapon by reading a
'prepare weapon' scroll while standing on diamonds.  But I can't find
such a scroll anywhere.  Am I misunderstanding something here, or are
these scrolls just very rare?
