[CF-Devel] Compiling the server on a non-X machine

You should be able to edit out the reference to the crossedit directory in
the Makefile - the server should actually compile and run even with these
errors which is why crossedit is last in the make order...  I like removing
the crossedit reference personally since it is cleaner IMHO.

I still think there should be a switch that doesn't do crossedit unless you
specify you want to build it (or perhaps checks if the X headers is
installed...)
