[CF-Devel] feature request: change character password

Per popular request, and a generally good idea (IMO) - what about adding
the capability for players/characters to change their own password?

Since this will also attribute to forgotten passwords, what about the
ability for a person with DM access to reset a player's password?

This is beyond my coding ability, so I'm posting it on here to see if
anyone else can implement it.
