I'd like to start a discussion about stats adjudication, as i've already readed that stats rolling might be took out. Since the max you could have at the moment is 15*7=105 statpoints... We could give a player 1 point in each stat, then 98 points for adjudicating (max in a stat is 18). Then, we might think of a way, like you need at least 18 points on a stat so you could get it increased up to 30 with potions. Thought people won't want Charisma... That way most common configurations would be: Str 18 Dex 18 Con 18 Int 15 Pow 15 Wis 15 Cha 9 or: Str 18 Dex 18 Con 17 Int 18 Pow 18 Wis 18 Cha 1 That would be pretty unfair... So, we could get it to be: the higher stat points might be LESS OR EQUAL than 5 points minor than the lesser one. So you could get: Str 18 Dex 15 Con 15 Int 15 Pow 15 Wis 14 Cha 13 or: Str 18 Dex 18 Con 17 Int 13 Pow 13 Wis 13 Cha 13 If you think, you wouldn't be able to get a VERY COOL character, neither a bad one :) There might be client preconfiguration for those (as warrior, mage, priest, merchant, etc.) (same than in UO preconfigurations) :) What do you, people, think? _______________________________________________ crossfire-devel mailing list crossfire-devel at lists.real-time.com https://mailman.real-time.com/mailman/listinfo/crossfire-devel
