[CF-Devel] FTP mirrors

Hi,

the download mirror on ftp.ifi.uio.no has not been updated for
years. I think it should be removed from the mirror list.

Also, I would suggest some auto-qa, like a script checking if
all the ftp's are being updated...


In addition, the pages don't render well in Opera7/Linux.
